Menu Plan Monday

I'm still a little out of sorts right now, so I'm going to keep this week's menu plan pretty simple. With this basic list, I can decide what to have each day based upon what I'm in the mood to fix. Also, I'll be going to our favorite fruit and vegetable market, so we should have a fridge full of healthy (any yummy!) snacks and side dishes. As a matter of fact, sometimes when the house is full of fresh produce, I'll just prepare bunches of veggies and a loaf of fresh bread or some rice for dinner. Easy, healthy, and delicious!

Here's this week's menu ideas:

BREAKFASTS
Cereal
Oatmeal
Eggs
Toast
Yogurt
Fruit

MEAL IDEAS
Quick chicken on salad
Beans and rice
BBQ beef sandwiches with cole slaw
Hot dogs
Rotisserie chicken
Pizza
Waffles
Eggs
Omelets
Grilled cheese
Quesadillas
Nachos
Chicken and rice soup
Burrito bowls
Pasta
Baked potatoes

SIDE DISHES
Smoothies
Fresh fruit
Green beans
Cooked cabbage
